To continue with the Camelot Studios weekend we’re having over at VHShitfest, here is a scan of the very sought after, The Hackers. It was the sixth release through Camelot Studios in a small clamshell. So far, all I’ve been able to find out is they released Black River Magic, Black River Monster (CAM 003), The Earhunter, and possibly something called The Black River Horse Capades. That still leaves at least one or two releases that no one knows about, not even the current owner. They’re one of my favorite companies because of the rarity of their releases and because they were shot on video, which is something I absolutely love. I paid a lot for this on Ebay, but it was definitely worth it. It doesn’t pop up very often and when it does it goes for a ton. Rumor is a few thousand of these were made, but for some reason I think that number is exaggerated. One of my favorite tapes in my collection, easily.
